How does Spren scan me?

You will be guided in the Spren app to do a simple body scan consisting of a front photo and a side photo, all from the comfort and privacy of your home. The app then uses computer vision technology to extract important body dimensions that feed into propriety algorithms to generate reliable body composition insights.
