How to delete HRV entries/readings within the Spren app?

You can delete any HRV readings

1. From the Home screen, tap on "Data" at the right hand side bottom of the app

2. Then click on Vitals, and tap on the Morning Readiness History > to open to the next screen

3. Find the date and time of the scan you wish to delete and swipe left and tap on the trashcan

4. You will be asked if you are sure you wish to delete the reading, you can cancel or tap on Yes, Delete. Once a reading has been deleted, we are not able to recover the deleted reading

It is recommended to sync to the server after deleting entries. You can do this by pulling down with your finger on the app’s Home screen.
