How often should I scan myself?
There’s no set rule for when to scan, but we recommend doing a body composition scan every 2 weeks if you are on a weight loss journey or actively trying to change your body composition. In some cases it might be beneficial to wait longer (for example, 4 weeks, if you're starting at a very high body fat percent).
We do not recommend scanning more than once per week, because it can take at least that long for your physiology to show meaningful changes.
Consistency is very important — take repeat scans at the same time of day and place, with similar lighting and clothing for more comparable results.
