What data is stored?

Stored data includes: gender, age, height, weight, recent activity days, computer vision extracted body dimensions, and calculated body composition results. You have the ability to opt-out of having your anonymized body scan image saved, or you can request that your images be deleted.

Any images and all scan results that are stored are completely anonymized. We also never share, broker or sell any of this data to any third parties - all the information is only used to provide you your insights and results.

When you chat with us or use our customer support mailbox, we use a third-party helpdesk technology to collect and organize the conversations. This is so we can provide the best customer support possible.
