Troubleshooting Steps to follow for the Scan Flow Process
Make sure that your phone is propped up stationary rather than being held by someone else.
The phone must be completely still without being bumped or moved. if the phone gets moved at all once set up, it’ll reset back to the tilt screen and start over.
Make sure you tilt the camera so the top of the pink area rests between the two lines. When it does, the shading turns green and you're ready to scan,
Is the body mapping showing up?
- Are you able to get all body mapping points to turn green with your whole body in the frame (not hidden behind any objects and no hands or feet cut off or out of frame, etc)
- When you see the red or green skeleton bones aligned with your body, you're on the right track.
- When they are green, the arms or legs are in perfect position, you'll want to make sure you keep them in position.
- If any part of your body is red, you must move your arms or legs slowly to different positions until they turn green.
- Try to bring your arms forward slightly rather than having them precisely in line with your head. Keep the 90-degree angle, but move them forward toward the camera a bit.
- Then once all your "bones" are green, hold very still until the photo is taken
