Bugs, Features and Fixes We are Working on


Currently we are not experiencing any bugs with the app, if you feel that you've found something please reach out to our team at getsupport@spren.com by email or message directly from within the app so they can provide any troubleshooting steps as needed.


Please note: As we continually strive to improve our app and deliver the best experience, we need to make some necessary changes. With this in mind, starting from our next update (iOS v1.3.11 released in December), we will no longer be supporting devices running iOS 15.


We understand that this decision may affect some of our users. This step is essential to ensure we can focus our resources on enhancing the app’s performance, security, and introducing new features that are in line with the latest technology standards.


What this means for you:

  • If your device is running on iOS 15, we recommend updating to iOS 16 or 17 to continue enjoying uninterrupted service and the latest features of our app.
  • If you are unable to update your device to a minimum version of iOS 16, you can still access the Spren app and corresponding services up to version 1.3.10 of the app, but you will not receive new app updates or features going forward.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we make these changes.
