What Data is Transferred To/From Spren with my Integration?

The extent of data interchange with Spren is subject to the distinct terms of agreement for each integration. As a result, the capabilities for sharing data may differ across various integrations.

Free Integration:

Apple Health: The data acquired from Apple Health encompasses Active Energy, Exercise Minutes, Heart Rate, Resting Energy, Sleep, Steps, UV Index, and Workouts.

Important Note:

• Not all historical data will push. Some apps take the last 7 days, and some have no historical data at all. This works both ways; some apps do not want to push history to Spren and you will only see new data come over.

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure to enable the notifications in order to get interactive and customized insights from the Spren app.

Troubleshooting Steps:

If you are not receiving the notifications from Spren from your Apple Health data, we have a quick workaround that you'll need to do:

1. If you skipped the Allow Notifications screen then you are not receiving the notifications (see screenshot below)

2. There currently isn't a way to go back and allow notifications.

From the Home screen of the app, go to where it says "Set a Reminder"

This will now give an Apple Native prompt to allow notifications from Spren

Disabling or changing Spren's access to Apple Health:

If you want to change or disable Spren's access to your Apple Health data, go to the Apple Health app and find Spren under Apps and Services and change or disable the access.
