How to Integrate Other Apps With Spren

Currently, the Spren app integrates with Apple Health

First, you'll want to make sure that the Health features on your iPhone are set up the way that you want them to integrate with other apps. Click on your initials at the top right-hand of the Apple Health app.

Then under Privacy, click on Apps:

You can then select Spren app:

Once the above is done, you can then go to the Spren Mobile app and do the following:

Go into Settings in the Spren app and scroll down to “Connected apps"

For the Apple Health Integration, toggle the integration on

Then we'd like you to give us access and update your Health data.

Toggle all to on, then at the top right hand of your screen, tap on ALLOW to get interactive and customized insights from the Spren app.

You will then see the screen below, please tap on Allow Notifications

And tap on ALLOW as in the screenshot below

We will then confirm back to you with Thanks!
