Deleting a Spren Scan

To update your height information, you will first need to delete any previous scans from the app. Once those scans have been removed, you’ll be able to create a new account with the correct height entered.

How to delete a Spren Scan

  1. From the home screen on the app, down at the bottom of your screen, tap on "Data"
  2. Tap "Scan History" to open a new screen
  3. All of your scans will be listed in date order
  4. To delete the scan, select the scan that you wish to delete by swiping left over the results, a trashcan image will then appear
  5. Tap on the trash can to delete the scan
  6. You will need to give the app time to delete the scan. Please leave the app open until the scan has been deleted.

After your scans have been deleted, please delete your account by navigating to:

Settings > My Profile


You will not need to purchase a new subscription. Once the account has been deleted, you can create a new account and enter your correct height information during setup.
