How do I cancel my Spren Body Composition Subscription
You can cancel your subscription inside the Spren app any time after your initial purchase. Please know that our support team cannot cancel a subscription for you.
Please go into the Settings tab, then click on your Subscription at the top, then click Change Plan, then Cancel subscription.
You will see an alert saying that the changes will take effect at the next billing date.
Here are the two ways you cancel your subscription to Spren.
In the Spren app:
1. Go to "Settings" tap on Subscription
2. Once the tab opens, then tap on "Cancel Subscription"
3. Complete cancellation request
You can also go into the Apple App Store and cancel the subscription as follows:
- Open the App Store: Start by opening the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Profile: Tap on your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- Subscriptions: After tapping on your profile, you'll find an option labeled "Subscriptions." Tap on it. This will take you to a list of all your current and past subscriptions.
- Select the Subscription: From the list, select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Cancel Subscription: Once you've selected the subscription, there will be an option to cancel it. Tap on "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Free Trial" at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm Cancellation: You might be prompted to confirm your decision to cancel. Follow the instructions to confirm.
After you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. Remember, if you don’t see the "Cancel Subscription" option, it could mean that the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
