Troubleshooting Steps:
If you are not receiving the notifications from Spren from your Apple Health data, we have a quick workaround that you'll need to do:
- If you skipped the Allow Notifications screen then you are not receiving the notifications (see screenshot below)

- There currently isn't a way to go back and allow notifications in the Spren app. You wil need to go to the Apple Health App —go to Settings (top right) > Notifications and enable them. This will now give an Apple Native prompt to allow notifications from Spren
Disabling or changing Spren's access to Apple Health:
If you want to change or disable Spren's access to your Apple Health data, go to the Apple Health app and find Spren under Apps and Services and change or disable the access.
